Website Access

  • Our website is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You agree to use our website legally and ethically, and not for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website at any time for any reason.

Online Orders

  • All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover.
  • Orders are ususally processed within three (3) business days. Delivery time frames are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including if we suspect the order may be fraudulent.
  • All sales are final. We do not o2er refunds, but you may be eligible for an exchange or credit within seven (7) days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.

Club Membership and Autopay/Autoship

When you sign up for one of our Briggs Community Club Memberships you are agreeing to receiving your selected products on a monthly basis and we will be allowed to charge your credit card on file each month.
  • You can view and manage your selected products by signing into your account.
  • Autoshipments and autopayments will continue until you cancel your Club Membership which you can do at any time by visiting our website.
  • We reserve the right to modify club discount pricing or terms upon thirty (30) days' notice. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your membership.
  • Unless you change the product mix and quantity, we will ship to you on a monthly basis the same products and quantities as delivered in the month prior. You may change the products and quantities at any time within seventy-two (72) hours before your next autoshipment is scheduled to be shipped.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Briggs Coffee Company and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from our website or its contents.

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or inability to access it.
  • We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of the content on our website.

Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
